PlenusVita - full life

PlenusVita is Latin for Full Life, and that is what we all need to lead.

As you have more than likely heard, we are only here once, so why don't we make this time the best time for everyone.

It seems the days of common decency and common sense are slipping away to be replaced by selfishness and ignoring other people. So why not stop and help out your fellow man and woman, spread some kindness and perform some random acts of kindness to strangers and friends.

A simple random act of kindness will put a smile on the recipients face and also yours. It really does feel wonderful inside to help someone.

It does not have to be a big gesture, or cost money. Just something that can help someone else or just make them feel special. Just to go that extra little mile for someone is a great feeling for all concerned. Keeping the door open for the next person behind you will make them feel special and thankful, helping someone pack their bags at the checkout of the supermarket, especially if they are elderly or struggling.

So let's help each other and be nice and kind. Bring back some common decency and gentlemanly behaviour towards our elders. And above all smile with them and perform the random acts of kindness, it can cost nothing and can make someone's day or whole week and they in turn will tell their friends, and will more than likely make them realise the world is a good place overall and will help the next person they see that needs it.

This change in people will reap its own rewards.

Still not convinced then why not read the book Join Me by Danny Wallace. About a normal man who decided to set up a ' collective ' and ask people to join him. Join him in what? Well random acts of kindness for your fellow man and woman.

Visit their website for more information - join me or visit Danny's own personal website, also showing what else he has been up to and what other books he has written - Danny Wallace

Thanks for reading and I hope you will start doing the random acts of kindness and making the world a much better place. It only takes 1 person to change the world.
